When comes to Peer Evaluation Form

It's really hard for me when you want me to make a judgement on people with ranking thingy.
It's good to be frank,It's good for us(especially Advertising field) to be bithcy.
I know my own decision.
However,it is really a little bit hard when we need to face ...that fellow daily....
