That was my bad experience few months ago...yuck! That house owner is fucking stingy and the maintenance of the house is atrocious. Hint here: Don't ever rent a house in Jalan 19/8 and door number 11 of Petaling Jaya.
I curse the owner for being such a stingy old crap ! :D
